Johnny seems to be looking forward into the future after the trial and is back to one the most important things in his life: Music.
He made a surprise appearance in Sheffield, England, Sheffield City Hall on Sunday, May 29 for alongside Jeff Beck, who is currently touring in the U.K.
The two performed their 2020 collaboration “Isolation,” a remake of the John Lennon song released in 1970 and played covers of Marvin Gay’s “What’s Going On” and Jimi Hendrix’s “Little Wing.” He might also join Beck on his next two tour stops at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 30 and 31 – who knows?
Supermodel Kate Moss, who is still friends with Johnny, will testify tomorrow on behalf of Johnny about a staircase rumor that Amber Heard brought up in the defamation trial. Kate Moss is expected to testify via live video link.
Kate Moss got dragged into the case May 5 when Heard told jurors the only time she had ever “landed a blow” was during a fight with Depp over his alleged infidelity in March 2015, when she thought he was about to push her sister down the stairs.
“I don’t hesitate. I don’t wait. I instantly think of Kate Moss and the stairs, and I swung at him,” Heard blurted, referring to a rumor that Depp had once shoved the British icon down the stairs.
According to recent news by Fandom Wire, there are some studios that are still interested in signing a contract with Johnny Depp. And big talks are going on about Johnny Depp might come ahead to sign the contract for Sherlock Holmes 3.
As wonderful as this thought is, yes, I’d really love to see the two together, this is probably not going to happen.
Warner Bros has already removed Johnny from a franchise (Fantastic Beasts 3), it’s unfortunately not Robert Downey Jr. is not the one who decides such things and there is no Sherlock Holmes 3 movie in the makes.
Till then, let’s just dream a bit, how wonderful it would be.
