A Thank you from Johnny
This week the charity group Johnny’s Angels received a long awaited letter from Johnny Depp.
The charity group is a wonderful tribute to Johnny’s dedication to CHPCC,the children’s hospice. A couple of months ago our site was proud to offer an informative article about this awesome charity, its special founder and the ladies that help her in the unique calling that they share.

This is a great action from Johnny to help affirm Johnny’s Angels work and their cause. To honor this icon by respecting something so dear to his heart is a wonderful tribute to him.
Depp Fans Swarm to Oshkosh
About 7:15pm Monday screams broke the silence
as Johnny appeared to meet fans. Surrounded by
security Johnny made his way down the line
shaking hands and greeting each fan. By 7:50pm
Depp gave a final wave to fans and drove off
south on State Street in his SUV.
The second day of filming began at 11am at the
Masonic Temple on the 300 block of Washington
Avenue by a scene of an armed man standing,
taking a hostage and firing a machine gun.
Hundreds of onlookers lined the streets and
packed nearby parking lots to catch a glimpse
of Depp and Bale.

Johnny Wows Fans in Oshkosh
Monday night Johnny took time to meet hundreds
of fans personally. Fans that were lined up by
his trailer got to meet Johnny after waiting
many hours.
“I told him he’s a class act and God bless him
and his family, and he turned around and came back,
lowered his glasses, and says, ‘God bless you,
I love you.’ It was awesome,” Mary Ann Falsetta of
Oshkosh said.
Depp shook as many hands as he could even though he
was not signing anything he made conversation.
I was not expecting this at all. This was a total
surprise. I was, it was amazing. I never expected
to meet him. I’ve been waiting for this as long as
I can remember,” Lauren Seckar of Oshkosh said.
“His hands are very warm,” Marie Kruschwitz laughed
and laughed, “but he’s just very gentle, very shy, I think.”
Depp spent 30 minutes greeting fans as he walked up
and down a city block to those who waited were well
rewarded.
Michelle Falsetta smiled and wiped away a tear and
she said, “I told him, you don’t know how much this means
to us, you being here, and he turned around and said,
“You don’t know how much you guys mean to me.’
She was tired and hurting after waiting so long but
it was completely worth it she stated.

Fans Devoted to Depp in Oshkosh
Even though Mann was on set no one seemed
to take notice as devoted Depp fans waited
for a glimpse of Johnny except for occasionally
chanting Johnny! Johnny! Johnny! they mostly waited in
silence. Streetwise was taken by surprise by this
devotion to Johnny. They have no desire to see
Hollywood in action unless it involved Johnny.
Excited breaks out as a simple wave finally comes
their way from an SUV as Depp returned to the
Masonic Temple to shoot a scene involved cheers and
ended in a mad dash to the filming front lines.
This simple gesture seemed to make the crowd happy
even though it was just a simple wave. They were
satisfied that Johnny knew they were there and
that he appreciates them. Streetwise feels he made
their day.
