Friday was the last day of filming in Chicago…
Although this was reposted on some sites there are also reports and eyewitnesses (I found on the jdreads site) who saw Johnny there until 3 a.m. Next week’s shoots are scheduled to be daytime ones. There was supposed to be a wrap party Last night and only a small one with about 40 of the cast members who worked at least 40 days on set.

As I have surfed this tool we call the net I have found a world that I didn?t know existed. As I have spent time to get to know you on the other side of this great chasm, Johnny has become a bridge that has allowed me to walk, virtually, to places I have never imagined. From Germany to Ireland; Argentina to Denmark; Belgium to South Africa.
As we had in the news before ( here) the trailer for the upcoming documentary Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson has been released. Johnny is featured in the trailer reading a passage from Hunter’s book “Hell’s Angels”. The movie is directed by the Academy Award Winner Alex Gibney and it’s set to be released on the 4th of July.

About 200 Fans that waited to see Johnny were
disappointed yesterday in Lockport.
Filming was to take place near 11th and State
streets but it never took place Wednesday
night. As filming was canceled for the day.
Sheila Rossow, 41, of Lockport, with her 6-foot-tall
cardboard cutout of Captain Jack Sparrow was at
the intersection waiting when she got the
the bad news that filming was canceled for
the day. The cutout belonged to Rossow’s
15-year-old daughter, Gabby Pechota.
“She feels bad so many people bombard him,
so she stayed home. We’re going to hold it here
and hope that he sees it. We’re hoping to get
Johnny’s autograph.” Rossow said.

While filming in Wisconsin a resourceful
Brookfield Teacher and her students got
