Thanks a lot to all the visitors taking part in our survey,
it was really very helpful.
43 visitors did take part.

I will go through some of the answers and telling you what we’re planning to do.

The survey told me, that all layouts are loved in an equal way. Some where more disliked than others, but there were always some of whom it was the favourite layout. So they will all stay.

I also got told, that some of them are not viewable in the Mac IE. That’s true, since I have it myself. The Mac IE does not understand valid xhtml, it is old and does make mistakes. I will see, if I can find a valid hack to make some extra code for it.

I got some ideas for future skins: lighter blue, one where you really see his eyes, award ceremonies and galleries/appearances, more skins with his characters, red, brighter and newer pics, Jake Chessum, Jack Sparrow, red and black, together with Vanessa, pink, no pink (<–haha, right after each other…).
So, yes, some character skins will come within the time, it was most wished, and brighter colors, yes, I’ll try my best. It looks always so much brighter on my very new Mac than on some PCs I used.

Only one did not like the long navigation, everybody else liked it, and the gallery navigation, too.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest has become the fastest selling DVD ever in the UK.
It seems like lots of you will getting the DVD for Christmas this year after 1.5m copies of the film were sold in the week since it hit the shops.
The previous fastest selling DVD was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which sold 1.4m copies in a week.
Disney say they think as many as 3m copies of the film will be sold by the end of the year.

the Libertine is not out for lots of countries, now at least we in Germany try to work against that. A company had plans to bring it out but they still think about it,
so please help, dear Johnny Depp fans of the world, to bring the Libertine to cinema in Germany, and sign the petition of our German Johnny Depp Forums as we helped you once with the Weinstein company.

knowing that the movie “The Libertine” has already been released in the USA some time ago and is already available on DVD in other countries, like, for example, Italy, we are wondering why this movie has not yet been shown in German cinemas and until now, no date for the release to Germany has been set.

We are sure, that the life story of poet and free-spirit John Wilmot will enthuse a lot of people, among them the numerous fans of Johnny Depp and John Malkovich.

Excerpts that can be viewed all over the internet as well as press reports make us think, that German cinema-goers should not be denied access to such an extraordinary movie.

Thus we ask you, to lobby for this movie to be shown in our cinemas at last.

Baltimor Sun.com – Disney Cruise Line offers Mouseketeers of all ages a live look-see at the Flying Dutchman, the ship made famous in Disney’s latest flick Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, on the line’s private Caribbean island, Castaway Cay.

The film prop, with its barnacle-encrusted bow, flaunts ragged sails and imparts a bona fide look of haunting the open seas for eternity. The actual prop is anchored off Castaway Cay. It provides a scenic photo backdrop for Disney’s passengers. If you opt to rent a boat during your Castaway Cay stay, you can get an up-close look at the ghost ship.

In the film, the 175-foot ghost ship is commanded by the legendary Davy Jones, who serves as nemesis to pirate Capt. Jack Sparrow, played by Johnny Depp.

Posted by: Aga Dembinska, Assignment Desk: NIAGARA FALLS — Like a pirate in the night, a film crew for the third “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie sneaked in and out of Niagara Falls this week. The filming was all hush-hush, but Buffalo Niagara film commissioner Tim Clark confirmed the footage was for “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.”

But sadly, Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom weren’t on location. Walt Disney Studios shot footage of the Horseshoe Falls so they can superimpose the stars in later.

This is the story of Carol Darlin’ meeting Johnny at the Pirates III camp at Guadalupe Dunes October 19th, 2006.

“(…)I wanted to share with you an encounter my daughter, her best friend and I had with Johnny Depp at Guadalupe Dunes last Thursday night! We drove four hours from our home after seeing pictures that DB had posted of the base camp. Even though we knew it was a risk of being disappointed.

Anyway, we arrived about 4:30. There were about four cars with some moms and kids there, and a pirate bus with some pirate type people. Maybe about 15 people in all. No one really knew anything. So, we just waited. After a while, the busses and vans started to leave the base camp. There were two really nice security guards, who weren’t allowed to tell us anything, but after a while, it was clear that Johnny was indeed there. (By the way, earlier, a KEYT 3 new guy came and talked to the kids. They are actually on the news video that someone posted earlier on the Zone.)

Just before dark, a bus suddenly stopped and out jumped Mr. Gibbs, Pintel and Regatti and the Little Person, enthusiastically smiling and all the kids got their autographs. Mr. Gibbs said “Keep to the Code,” and Pintel said, “Ello Poppet” for the kids.
