Johnny Depp Makes Debut on “Dark Shadows” Set
Getting down to work on his brand new project, Johnny Depp was spotted on the set of “Dark Shadows” in South Devon, UK today (September 13).
“Dark Shadows” is “a gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts.”
In addition to Depp, the acting roster includes folks like Helena Bonham Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Moretz, and Eva Green.

The Rum Diary Poster Arrives
The FilmDistrict release features the return of Johnny Depp to the world of Hunter S. Thompson in the adaptation that has him playing New York journalist Paul Kemp, who travels down to San Juan, Puerto Rico to work at the local paper.
Previously, Depp played Thompson in Terry Gilliam’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and was the narrator for Alex Gibney’s doc Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.
Also starring Amber Heard, Aaron Eckhart, Giovani Ribisi and Richard Jenkins and directed by Withnail & I helmer Bruce Robinson, The Rum Diary is scheduled to open on October 28.
