‘Pirates 3’: Keith Richards Rolls In

Uncategorized by Martina

FOX NEWS.COM Roger Friedman Reports:
A not terribly sober Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones has filmed his cameo as Johnny Depp’s swashbuckling dad in “Pirates of the Caribbean 3.”

Richards, no stranger to substances and liquids, was left to his own devices in his trailer before his big scene. That wasn’t a good idea. When the time came to shoot, he was a bit wobbly. “If you’d wanted straight, then you got the wrong man," Richards replied huskily. To keep him straight, director Gore Verbinski held Richards by the shins.

Richards’ pirate costume, sources say, closely resembles Depp’s, with a different colored bandana. The two had such a good time together that Depp kept a souvenir from Richards’ short visit: a set of stairs built for Richards to get in and out of his trailer, which he signed to Depp with the salutation, “A step too far.”

Stuff.co.nz: LOS ANGELES: Thanks to a record-setting opening in Italy, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest returned to the No. 1 spot at the international box office, a week after Cars ended its nine-week reign.

Its global box office tally stands at an estimated $USUS1.03 billion.

It was the sensational bow in Italy that powered this weekend. Dead Man’s Chest made off with a mighty $USUS12.8 million, an industry record.

The third chapter of the Pirates of the Caribbean saga, At World’s End, is eight months away from theaters. That’s a long time to wait to find out how Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow escapes the jaws of the kraken – by Thomas K. Arnold, for USA Today.

the fanlisting added

Uncategorized by Martina

I always had the Johnny Depp fanlisting running at my Collective domain,
today I added it to the site itself in hope to find some more fans joining.

A fanlisting is nothing more than a list which lists all of the fans of a subject, so if you are a fan of Johnny, consider joining – choose the fanlisting section from the navigation.

The fanlisting is approved by thefanlistings.org in the categories Author/Writer, Musician and Director/Producer, but I also added the option to join the actor’s part of Johnny, too.

So come on, let’s become the biggest list 🙂
