We just received the info, that Johnny is set to play a small role in the next Game of Thrones Season, not yet shot. I don’t want to say much, because it may spoil those, who have not read the books, but it the “kindly man”. The kindly man is a priest of the Many-Faced God and has different (also ugly) appearances in the book, so it may fit Johnny’s interest in looking ugly and different, see here for more spoiler!! info. There’s just fanart yet regarding his appearance. Production starts July 2015 till late in the year and as it is just a small role it may just take some days, and will premiere spring 2016.

We’ll hear the results in November, but ring-in Johnny Depp is on there, standing in for Costello on one song on guitar because the Liverpudlian had a gig to go to elsewhere on the day of recording. “I was glad to have him as an understudy,” Costello says.
