There has been a long long wait for this film but it was well worth it. For those of you who have been saddened by the past few movie projects, this is the one we have been waiting for! The Rum Diary is johnny at his best, a mixture of his true rebel self and a piece of Hunter that he carries with him always, fills the screen larger than life! There are plenty of “drooling opportunites” for you young ladies and for those of us who pride ourselves in a loooooooong fan following, this is a classic Johnny movie that you will watch for years and years like Las Vegas, or Chocolat. His humour is forward and I laughed out loud more than a few times. The idiosyncrasy outbursts are so random that you will seriously be surprised,true classic scripting! The outfits are wonderfully done, and between his wonderful suits nad his random shorts, you will get a great amount of eye candy. If there was one word i could use to describe it….. Raw…… For the Hunter fans, it almost seemed to be like he was there on the set while Johnny taped telling him, “No No Colonel, over here” The one thing you will take from this film is johnny back in his truest form and a pleasure and blessing to watch!!!! Dont miss this film out of all Johnny’s project in the past “ten decades” Dont miss it!!!!!!!!
