The Ninth Gate 4K Blu - ray with a SteelBook to be released April 21, 2026
The Ninth Gate, directed by Roman Polanski and featuring Johnny, Frank Langella, and Lena Olin, is set to be released on 4K Blu-ray on April 21 through Lionsgate Home Entertainment. This edition will be a special Lionsgate Limited exclusive SteelBook.

This marks the film’s first-ever release in 4K Ultra HD. The disc presents the movie in Dolby Vision/HDR, paired with a Dolby Atmos audio track, and includes optional English SDH and Spanish subtitles for the main feature.
The bonus content combines legacy materials with two new interviews from 2024. Notable inclusions are Unlocking The Ninth Gate: Cinematographer Darius Khondji, the archival 2000 audio commentary by director Roman Polanski, and brand-new interviews with Emmanuelle Seigner and James Russo.
