Plot Summary
This feel good, yet moving film follows the lives of Benny and his mentally ill sister Joon, who tends to be a bit of a handful. Benny, who is in constant battle to keep his sister at home and out of a psychiatric ward, struggles to keep her under control, is constantly having to hire new home-nurses who will not stay due to Joon’s unmanageable nature. The tables turn, however, when after loosing a certain game, Joon brings home the odd cousin of Benny’s workmate, against Benny’s will. Known only as Sam, Benny appoints him as Joon’s temporary house maid, while he looks for another nurse. Fortunately for Benny, though, Sam’s eccentricities strikes a chord with Joon as she and the viewer observe his unusual habits, including his dress and cooking techniques, reminding us of the creative genius and subtle hero in film legends Chaplin and Keaton.
