Promo Pics for Murder on the Orient Express
Liam Payne‘s most recent music video for his single, “Bedroom Floor,” is one to remember – and not just because of its catchy beat; the song’s video features Bella Thorne, who portrays a girl dealing with a flaky boyfriend.
Payne is hardly the first singer to feature another celeb in his music video. Some are particularly iconic – think Liv Tyler and Alicia Silverstone in Aerosmith’s “Crazy,” or Lena Dunham, Cindy Crawford and more in Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” – but there are a bunch we bet you forgot about:
Channing Tatum: “Beautiful Trauma”
Tatum goes back to his dancing roots, playing husband to Pink’s retro housewife in the singer’s sardonic music video, which finds the couple playing dress-up and participating in a ménage à trois with a latex-clad, riding crop-wielding dominatrix named Rhonda.
Tom Hanks: “I Really Like You”
Who knew Tom Hanks could sing? We presume he can’t, hence his tremendous effort lip-syncing in the latest Carly Rae Jepsen video. Jury is still out on whether he can dance (you be the judge at minute 2:35).
Angelina Jolie: “Anybody Seen My Baby?'”
In the Rolling Stones’ 1997 clip, Jolie walks down a busy New York City street in her underthings and nobody bats an eye (as if!).
Courteney Cox: “Dancing in the Dark”
Groupies, keep those dreams alive! If you stare from the audience long enough, your favorite singer may just pluck you from the audience and dance with you on stage, as Springsteen did in this 1984 classic.
Jake Gyllenhaal “Giving Up the Gun”
Watch the actor rip off his pants and then play a game of tennis in this 2010 Vampire Weekend video. It’s just too good to have fallen off the radar.
Keanu Reeves: “Rush, Rush”
Reeves plays a rebel with a cause in this 1991 clip: He wants to be with Paula Abdul – even though she’s dancing around all by herself in a red dress (something we totally do all the time).
Eva Mendes: “Miami”
As Will Smith explains in his 1998 track, there are tons of reasons Miami is one heck of a party town, and the fact that hotties like Mendes drive around there in convertibles is just one of them.
Zooey Deschanel: “She’s Got Issues”
The actress had issues long before New Girl, and they landed her a role in The Offspring’s 1999 video.
Pamela Anderson: “Touch the Sky”
Perhaps 2006 was the year West decided he really liked blondes. Anderson works those luscious locks like a pro here, and the rapper’s sideburns definitely deserved a VMA, too.
Scarlett Johansson: “What Goes Around … Comes Around”
In this 2006 vid, the actress and Justin Timberlake make out in a swimming pool and one of them dies in a fiery car crash. Love hurts sometimes.
Johnny Depp: “Into the Great Wide Open”
Depp helps Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers prove in 1991 that bad tattoos can make or break a career.
Jeremy Renner: “Trouble”
Pink is the kind of girl who can beat up a dozen guys with a dress on and not even mess up her hair. Renner, circa 2003, plays one of her victims.

Mila Kunis: “Jaded”
In 2001, Aerosmith made her the poster girl for being jaded. We’re guessing motherhood has changed all that.
Sarah Michelle Gellar: “Sour Girl”
Teletubbie look-a-likes, Stone Temple Pilots’ frontman Scott Weiland doing some sort of tai chi and the actress dressed like the grim reaper. The 1999 clip is too much to take in.
Gwyneth Paltrow: “I Wanna Come Over”
This 1995 Melissa Etheridge video is believed to be the first documented sighting of Paltrow’s signature pout. And, as you’ll see, the eye-liner destroying meltdown at the end was just practice for her Oscar win.
Ben Affleck: “Jenny from the Block”
It’s so meta! Even after all these years, it’s still compelling watching the Oscar winner playing himself dating Jennifer Lopez in 2002.
Charlize Theron: “Crossfire”
Theron is a hot chick who can kick ass, people. That’s what we believe Brandon Flowers’ 2010 music video is trying to convey here.
James Van Der Beek: “Blow”
What unicorn party is complete without James Van Der Beek? Things start (continue?) to get a little weird when he pulls a bra out of his collared shirt in Kesha’s 2011 clip.
Plot Marilyn Manson: Kill4Me is a provocative music video exploring dark themes of desire, obsession, and loyalty. Starring Johnny Depp, … + read more
