Johnny Depp alongside his friends Corcho Rodriguez and Jaz Coleman, during his brief stay in Argentina, Buenos Aires.

On February 4th, Johnny Depp was seen alongside a fan and pilot named Antonio Laje, just landing in Argentina, Buenos Aires.

According to Revista Noticias, Johnny Depp will be in Buenos Aires for a week because he is recording some songs at Jorge “Corcho” Rodríguez’s recording studio, called La Roca Power Studio, installed in his home in San Isidro. This visit is linked to Depp’s previous visit to Punta del Este, where he was also invited by Rodríguez and his wife Verónica Lozano to the Yellow Rose ranch, where he also watched polo matches.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor passed through Punta del Este and from there flew to Buenos Aires to record, for the first time in Argentina, at La Rocka Power Studio.

Depp, co-producer of the session with Corcho Rodriguez, put the voice. He was accompanied by Seta Von Gravessen on bass, Gustavo “Colo” Silva on the piano and the Hammond B3 organ (and he also served as musical director), the legendary Sebastian Peycer (member of the mythical Dulces 16 in the early 80s, but also collaborator of Javier Malosetti, Lito Epumer, Luis Salinas and the Touch group, which included Adrian Laies and Ernesto Dmitruk, among others), and ElCorcho Rodriguez and Lisardo Alvarez on the guitars (Alvarez was also in charge of the production of the violas).
