One lucky Wisconsin sixth-grader got a
surprise while Johnny Depp was filming
in Beaver Dam area. She not only got to
meet Tom Kennedy the Mayor but Depp as well.
Emily Valle was the lucky one picked
out of a handful of students to meet
Depp as the mayor thought the whole group
would be turned away he picked one lucky
child to go with him on the way to visit the
movie set in Beaver Dam.
Emily said she told Depp he was a good actor
and thanked him for meeting her in which Depp
replied “It’s a Pleasure” to her. Emily
spent two hours at the Rogers Hotel during
filming and took home Depp’s autograph.
