posted December 24, 2007Johnny filmed this movie long before he himself was a father, but there is not way to tell. He portrays fatherly love and dedication for his young daughter in this film where; those plotting to kill a senator on the way to the Whitehouse kidnap his little girl. Johnny is an innocent by-stander who is stopped by a total stranger and pulled into a nightmare that stretches throughout the film. While seeing Johnny in a vulnerable position is a rarely new situation, he does it well as his fear and confusion is transparent on his face. Layers of emotion are peeled away throughout the extension of the storyline. As his character reaches deep down and finds his inner strength, you can be sure to be on the edge of your seat as you await the ending and safe return of his little angel.
