Johnny's Half Brother is Publishing a Novel

Daniel P. Depp, Johnny's half brother is publishing
a novel entitled The Loser's Town. It will be
published in Spring 2009 with sequels planned.
The book is about a fictitious gangster who seeks
to convince a famous actor to appear in a film he
wants to make. Daniel's inside look at Hollywood
has created great interest for this book. The book
is set to attract more attention than the average
crime thriller for a first time author. Daniel and
Johnny worked on the film The Brave in 1997 together
in which Johnny starred with Marlon Brando.

Extras Wait For Filming to Continue

Extras Like Jesse Robinson of Hustisford,
wait to hear about when filming will continue
he was well aware in late April that he would
not know when he would be called upon to appear
in the movie he knows he could be called upon
the day of filming even. Filming is set to
resume shooting in Columbus on Monday and in
Beaver Dam and Columbus on Tuesday.
As of right now though the schedule has
changed many times and filming was delayed
twice last month so it is hard to say for sure
about where and when filming will be confirmed to
continue. As soon as we have confirmed news reports
about filming we will post it.

Johnny Gets Two MTV Movie Award Nominations, Pirates Gets One As Well

Johnny is included in the List of The MTV Movie Award
Nominations Today. Johnny Gets nominated for Best
Villain for Sweeney Todd and One for Best Comedic
Performance for portraying your favorite Pirate
and mine Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the
Caribbean At World's End. Also Pirates of the
Caribbean At World's End gets nominated for Best
Movie. So Congratulations to you Johnny for your
nominations. The MTV Movie Awards air June 1st.

Filming in the Capitol-Madison

Filming began Monday outside the capitol
building as Madison residents got a glimpse
of Hollywood.

Some filming took place inside the Capitol
on Friday but it was a closed set and not
open to the public. Filming will move out of
Madison after Monday's shoot. Depp was not
on set but Bale shot several scenes.

Johnny Donates a Plate to Plates for Parkinson's

Johnny has donated a plate to this cause. The auction
for his plate runs from May 4th to the 11th and the

the Parkinson Society Maritime Region in Canada.

Filming Returns to Columbus and Beaver Dam on Wednesday

Filming is tentatively scheduled to return to Columbus
and Beaver Dam on Wednesday. Crews will be at The Rogers on Wednesday Morning and then back on James Street in Columbus during the afternoon.

Adam Boor location scout also said they are scheduled
to be back in Chicago by next week. The exact schedule
has not been set yet.

Johnny in Manitowish Waters

Johnny was seen Sunday morning in Manitowish Waters at about 8:30am when they were done shooting and he was leaving for the day. They wrapped filming about 3 hours earlier.

Public Enemies Heading to State Capitol

Crews have got the required permits to
film at the State Capitol Madison, Wisconsin.
Crews will set up May 1st and shoot on
May 2nd and May 5th. Filming will take
place inside on Friday and outside next Thursday.
